BOXBED
With internal shelving, under-bed storage and a stained glass window, the boxbed is an ideal sleeping space in the living room for extra guests or just a cosy place to curl up with a good book.
Traditional boxbeds came in all shapes and sizes. This one measures 1.81m x 1.32m (5'11'' x 4'4''). It is wider than a single bed but shorter than a double bed.

BEDROOM
A light and airy bedroom with antique furniture, a comfortable double bed, Egyptian cotton and linen sheets is tucked away at the far end the house.
​
You will find a hairdryer, a large set of drawers and a small wardrobe for your clothes.
​
We recommend that you bring slippers for extra comfort as some of the cottage floors are stone and concrete.
KITCHEN
A bright and cheerful kitchen has a kettle, toaster, electric oven with hobs and grill, a fridge-freezer and cooking equipment for self catering.

Thermal mugs, a thermos flask and packed lunch boxes are available for you to use.
​
You will find essentials such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper and sugar are provided. There is a teapot and coffee pot.
GARDEN

Enjoy an entirely private and secluded setting with uninterrupted sea views. Westerbrake is the only visible dwelling in all directions!
Situated within the working farm of Breckon. New-born lambs are present during April & May whilst cattle graze the surrounding grassland from August to October.

Inside Westerbrake's enclosed garden and grounds you will find comfortable seating, a BBQ, a laundry drying area and parking.
